🟢 EMD FUNDING

Fee Structure:

$0–5k = $2,000

$5,001–15k = $4,000

$15,001–25k = $8,000

$25,001–50k = $20,000

$50,001–75k = $34,000

$75,001–100k = $50,000

$100k + require additional approval—thanks for understanding! And, don't worry, you still submit the same way!

💸 REQUIRED DEPOSIT
We require a 5% upfront deposit to lock in EMD funding. That means 5% of the total amount the EMD.

The minimum deposit amount collected is $250.

This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and ABSOLUTELY credits toward your total fee for the EMD.

(Paid directly via Zelle or wire, with the remaining fee balance reflected in your paperwork. Because time is of essence, we typically use Zelle, but you are always welcome to wire.)
