$0–5k = $2,000

$5,001–15k = $4,000

$15,001–25k = $8,000

$25,001–50k = $20,000

$50,001–75k = $34,000

$75,001–100k = $50,000

🔁 DOUBLE CLOSE & MORBY METHOD FUNDING

24-Hour Transactional Funding Fees:

Up to $500k = 1.5% (minimum fee of $1,000)

$500k–$1M = 2%

$1M–$1.5M = 2.5%

Additional days = 1% per day

Two title companies involved? Fee = 3%

Funding over $1M = must close with our attorney.

Morby Method fees are due up front via Zelle or wire
